ACTIVISM AND WORK WITH THE UNITED NATIONS
Tennille Amor released her song, ‘I Am a Girl,’ as an anthem for Gender Equality and Female Empowerment, on International Women’s Day, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, and was appointed the title of UN Women Youth Champion, alongside other Equality Advocates, Emma Watson, Abby Wambach, and Jewel. 'I Am a Girl' was credited by the Executive Director of UN Women, Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, as being a powerful anthem for women and girls around the world. Tennille performs and gives keynote speeches about the importance of Gender Equality and is actively empowering women and girls around the world through her music and philanthropic work.

The message of ‘I Am a Girl’ reminds us that we are capable of being anything that we want to be in life, while providing positive examples of female role models through the ongoing movement.
